CURRENT RATES:

Island Cabin Rental: $1000 per week for up to 4 people

Farm House Rental: $1500 per week for up to 6 people
PLEASE NOTE: THESE RATES DO NOT APPLY TO “COLORAMA/Harley Week”. Call for Special Rates.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:

Check In 3:00 PM - Check Out 11:00AM
(Saturday to Saturday)

RESERVATION POLICY:

There is a Minimum Age Requirement of 25 to rent any of these properties. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES. ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN OR PETS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.

We operate on a First Come/First Served Basis. The First Deposit received is given the reservation. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required sixty (60) days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. The advance payment is NOT a Damage Deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due (14) days before your arrival date.

Reservations will be accepted up to one year in advance at our current rates with a 50% Rent Deposit and Damage Deposit and Rental Balance due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If Rental Balance is not received within 30 days prior to arrival, property will be rented to next qualifying applicant and Cancellation Policy will apply.

DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A Damage Deposit of $300.00 for the Island Cabin & $500.00 for the Farm is required in addition to the advance Rental Deposit Payment. The Damage Deposit automatically converts to a Damage/Security Deposit upon arrival. The Damage Deposit is not applied toward rent, but is fully refundable within (14) days of departure provided provisions are met.

Please NOTE: Any smoking detected in or on any properties, Damage/Security Deposit will not be refunded. Any further damages beyond the Damage/Security Deposit will be charged to the renter and must be paid in full within (14) days either by check or credit card.

We take pride in keeping our properties neat and clean. We appreciate the same from our guests. Please respect the work we have put into these fine properties and treat them as you would your own home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received more that 30 days prior to your arrival. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received less that 30 days before scheduled arrival date.

PAYMENT:

Reservation Deposit including Damage Deposit can be accepted in the form of personal or business checks, money order, cashier’s check or all major credit cards through Paypal.
